How is File sharing Done at Respawn? Is there normally a dc++ hub up? I know there is ftp for game patches etc.

Last time there was an FTP server with a few patches and free games such as trackmania and soldat.

There was also a DC++ server for people to share their linux ISO's, windows service packs, game patches, photos and video from the LAN, etc etc.

Ok thanks i Guess there would be "trial" software and "demo" tv shows/movies/music

V11 will have an FTP server set up for the following.

Game updates and patches
Up to date Steam GCF's for popular games released on steam
Various other updates and fixes we find useful

Makes it easier when someone forgets to update
