I read somewhere that the limited net they provide allows people to log into steam, log into LoL and log into SC2.
Dont know the quality of the net would be good enough for playing though.

There is very limited net bandwidth, so unless they have added LAN support it wont happen.You might be able to log in but you wont be able to play. The best alternative is to play dota(the original and the best).
