How much do you guys think I would have to pay if I brought a second computer that could run as a MW2 server. It wouldn't need monitor as I could just RDP to it.....

If the system can run headless, we can put it on the server table for you.

Given that, from my knowledge, MW2 doesn't work on LAN, I am uncertian if this is a good idea or not.

When can we book seats?

When seat bookings are ready, they will announce it and you will be able to book seats.

But you can ONLY BOOK seats if you've prepaid.

If you have a team of 5 and only 1 has prepaid, then only one can book.
