At V16 respawn, it was just first in when confirmations came around. Example, if I was on the waiting list but in the first 500 to confirm then I was guaranteed a spot.
Is that not the case this time?
From what I read in the news forum and also the fact that it is now at 422 confirmations out of 400 does that mean that no matter what, before confirmations if you weren't in the top 400 then you aren't guaranteed a spot?

The system is the same as last time, but there's only 200 available confirmation places as we already have 200 prepaid places accounted for, which have priority of course. Unconfirmed players will move to the bottom of the list once we close registrations. Confirmed players are sorted by the time you registered. If you registered really late but confirmed first, you will still be at the end of the group of confirmed players.
