Some Lan Information. Options

Hey,

I'm Khooy from #6th-sense the CSS Clan.

We are looking forward to attending respawn and making a challenge to get the $750 Prize money.

How many teams need to participate to still have the prize money at $750.

I am talking about the 5 v 5 Counter Strike Source Comp.

If there aren't many teams will the competition be called off or will the prize money be lowered? Because as far as I know many teams are going to overload lan.

Is it possible to book seats?

Ahh thanks for the information mang.

We just don't want to turn up with no teams attending and not css comps.

We would go to overload but I have heard decent things about respawn.

respawn run a great event..

and if you PM Zardoz or BumbleBJ I believe they MIGHT be able to organise some seats for your team...

The prize money has been set independant of how many times turn up for the event as far as I know though this may not be true. Obviously the more that come the better as this will help fund future prizes as well. Not to mention all the other things that will be going on at the lan

Also will there be spare Lan Cables there as my friend is looking for one.

If not that is fine.

There will be cables he can buy at the lan 10m or so length so you can reach the switch from any seat. They wont be expensive trust me heh.

Asif come to a lan for competitions, or even with computers for that matter.
Join the trend and come wearing pants, you'll be oddly amazed at how different you feel.

After all, we know people who play CS are the bitch in terms of gaming, and bitches wear skirts

Just to clarify - we've advertised a $750 prize, and regardless of how many teams enter, that will be what we deliver.

We are also looking at an earlier time of around 3pm for the CS:S competition so you should make sure that everyone can get to the venue in time.
