Now im aware both these do not have LAN ability's with them, but last LAN we had internet running due to steam being a bit of a problem, would it be possible to get internet up for SC2 and BFBC2 (Competition Wise) or will that require a internet connection that's OVER 9000!!!!!

Consider your average australian household has 1.5mbit connection and might have.... 2 people running SC2 at once. Thats no problem.

When you put 400+ people on dual 768k connections + a 3G link when we get desperate, things start to get wonky.... fast.

sc2 is like steam in that you only need to logon to play.

the best part is that there are no surprise buttsecks updates.

I don't see why not, ill try it soon with the two computers over here. Ill log in on net then disconnect and try LAN via custom game. (similar to what Kitfox Said biggrin.gif)

You are 100% wrong.

All game traffic goes through Battle.Net too, even when both clients are in the same subnet on a LAN.
