since ppl are starting to confirm can we reserve group placements ? extremelan had a good way of doing it, they gave ppl 2 weeks too organise group bookings, then they worked out the spots etc. and put up a colour coded table layout, making sure that teams got to sit together

we only have just ova a week left to get things ready, so any feedback asap would be greatly apreciated

Sorry, we aren't doing table bookings. Have one of your mates get there before the afternoon, you should have no trouble saving some seats.

I know the VIP table is reserved for servers and stuff, but is it first in best dressed with that? I sat on the VIP table last time.... i had several TB of... legal game patches and freeware....

Is it possible to reserve a spot there or just get there early?

ive been thinking aobut this given we have so many rejo's if i see anytihng stupid like people leaving 1 spot between them and the next group there going to be asked to move up and also asked when they come in and pay to not have 1 seat gaps between them and the next person.

you could just put a piece pf paper on a table reserving x number of seats for "team name" and randoms can fill in around them

in regards to groups, have a member come along and put the seats up for the ones u would like, but as for pre-booking seat bookings, we are unable to offer that so far... so just make sure one of u gets there early and reserves the seats for u and ur mates.

neon, i do remember you and ur generous shares of patches and open source material. i dont see a problem with you being on the VIP table again, but again, zardoz has veto on this, and try to be there early also, to alliviate any potential issue
