we NEED a TF2 comp. In arena mode, 5v5 should be fine, and we should have PLENTY of people willing to go for that. It can even go as low as 3v3

all the major competitions have been decided on, so i cannot do a TF2 5v5 double elim comp.

at best i can offer a TF2 funcomp, if we get the interest.

I have found in past lans that a few people come up to me demanding a TF2 comp but when push comes to shove, no one registers.

ill help run a GRID drift comp (run it on a 360 or a pc) just need a big monitor we can use. did similar at SGL and got 25 randoms in on the action because they didn't need to do much to have a crack tongue.gif

It's been done before, but for a CS:S map (not latrobe specifically). Apparently the school got unhappy.


TF2 fun comp ftw.

I'll most certainly be playing it as much as possible.


Speaking of funcomps...

Perhaps the projector could contain some form of a twitter like thing where people can shout out one line saying what they're playing (as well as be able to access said list on the intranet). Something like "* SirSquidness is playing TF2, arena"

I realise the forums are there, but they get bogged down in spam.

Or perhaps a shout-box sort of thing on the main intranet page.
