Does this mean we may actually get decent customer service now (not expecting miracles, but still)?
It is only about inconsistencies regarding what they print about warranties
As well as things like having to take care of monitor warranty instead of using the mfg's onsite warranty (which is better anyway)
Heh. This may force them to honour warranties they would not have honoured in the past. Thats about it.
It'll probably send them bankrupt as well
