I was wondering this too, I'll have my laptop and server box with about 1.7TB shared. I will only need to use an extra network port. Can we pay for an extra network port, will there be enough spare. Or should I invest in a gigabit router for no reason other than this.

As usual this kind of thing entirelly depends on the turnout of the event

For example, we design the network so 350 people have 1 network port
if your table has 2 free, you can use them unless another player uses up this slot

So one entry fee guarantees you one network port and power for one machine

If you want to guarantee yourself space for two machines, it is best pay for two

For the laptop, our events have wireless, so you may have some luck there smile.gif
