Theme for next? Options

Have you guys got a theme for the next respawn - or is it still in the making?

i rekon a cod themed respawn would be cool? or somthing like that

On saying that. I'd like to see more people attending Respawn get into the spirit of the theme. Like I was a little let down by black mesa. The most I saw that would relate to the theme was a dude in a lab coat and orange shirts.

Is there more we and the organisers can do to spice it up?

Well if the theme is tron, have frisbees available that have been painted with UV reactive paint.

what would miniwalks have to say if i bring a couple of brackets for a couple of UV lights i have and run it off my power board at the back?

Hi,

should this be the theme for the event, I don't see too much of a problem with the lights, please send me a pm with your email so we can discuss this further.

The only issues I can see so far is the area that needs to be covered by the lights, they may end up needing to be hung from the roof which would complicate things quite a lot, the other issue is that some players may have an objection to the UV lights

tron sounds like an awesome theme.. i'm still crap at it but i like the idea of UV anything... glow in the dark stuff makes me happy

UV lights will be pretty ineffective during times when it's not dark (all venue lights off), and will prolly only light a small area around them. if we hang them on the roof we will need big powerful lanterns, which will chew power

well i normally sit at the back wall so im just going to have the lights for my area, i can easily fix them off the back wall (off the fluorescent brackets already there - what i mean is i can hook my bracket off the fixed bracket probably, noo need to fix to the roof).

hmm and depending on the shirt design i might just get one of those if they are tron, much easier then suiting up in a costume. LOL.
