first, no i don't speak German.
seccond; no i am not allergic to url but i am allergic to retarted abreviated speech that really saves no time and just makes you look like a douchbag.
thirdly; unlike alot of wankers on the internet i'm happy to admit i have a mistake, perhaps france is the motherland? i don't remeber i've just always heard the term "OH NO THE MOTHERLAND" and never "OH NO THE FATHERLAND"
fourthly; i think the fatherland and germany has everything to do with Giarus' background... I'm not sure HOW it relates but i'm sure i'll figure that one out in time

THe font is ok, if you like it that's all that matters with a font imo.
THe matching of Red and Green although complimentary colours has never really looked like anything but Christmas to me. Although as i said they are comlimentary colours on the wheel, maybe try orange and blue i;ve always found that combination works well?
I like the splash and lines design and i think compositionally it's set out well and it very pleasing to the eye. However again i question your colour choice in matching brown/off green tones with the brighter colours.I just don;t feel it works as well as you were intending it too. Although i can see the method behind it and why you may have chosen it.
All in all good try and it's alot bette than a lot of other people can produce.

thanks for the cnc, i will try different colours cos x-mas colours dont look very good unless it has something to do with x-mas, and the brown is a bit off
