Ive Been told by deadman to ask another admin .
How to do the stream if you could tell me how you did the tv stream it would be very appriciated.

Preheat pot to 450 degrees. Add the following ingredients:

1 Cinnamon stick
4 Leaves of Mint
1 Human Skull (pressed)
1 squirt Squid ink
2 pts Monkey Blood
1 Live Chicken
3 oz. Brimstone
1 or more of the following: pyridoxine hydrochloride, zinc oxide,
yellow eight, mine mononitrate and BHA


Let bubble over low flame until thickened. Serves crew of four.

to send a stream:

open vlc
media->streaming..
select "capture device"
capture mode: DVB directshow
dvb type: DVB-T
transponder frequency: choose from http://whirlpool.net.au/wiki/?tag=Digital_Channels (eg 177500 for chan 7)
bandwidth: 7 mhz
tick the "show more options" box down the bottom
under Edit Options, change it to :dvb-bandwidth=7 :program=1328 (for chan 7, see whirlpool link for other channels)
click "stream"
click "next"
under "destination" choose UDP
click "add"
type in a multicast address eg 239.239.239.239
uncheck "activate transcoding"
click "next"
change "Time to Live" to something higher eg 10
click "stream"

That's all you need.

To recieve it:
open vlc
media -> open network stream
set protocol to "UDP"
set address to 239.239.239.239
click "play"
