my pm isn't working atm it keeps saying

just bringing it to your attention i now it has a time and thing when i might be able 2 send pm's im just wounder why i can't send them now

i was trying to send a pm to ohcool but it wouldn't allow me it kept coming up with that message so just being thoughtful to bring it to your attention
