ok, mate of mine would like to come to respawn but hes stuck in a wheelchair for reasons im not saying, are there wheelchair accessable toilets there?

I wouldn't think so, not near by anyway as you have to go down a flight of stairs to get to toilets that are actually there.

Actually there is a disabled toilet right before you get to those stairs, so yes, your friend should have no trouble getting to them.

Sando is correct - there is a disabled toilet in the venue and ramp access through the side doors.
